Job summary

Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC (KNR) is seeking a Closing Paralegal to provide clerical support on prelitigation files under supervision. The role involves document prep, client communication, and other duties related to case closure.

A Monday–Friday in-office schedule is expected, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years in related fields such as insurance or medical billing, and preferably a Paralegal Certificate or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience in insurance, medical billing, insurance verification, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files and day-to-day case management tasks.
• Log daily mail and draft correspondence.
• Coordinate balance verifications and subrogation lien interests.
• Prepare files for litigation transfer when needed.
• Assist Attorney with settlement paperwork and disbursements.
• Maintain regular client contact and provide status updates.
• Attend meetings and produce weekly reports.
