Job summary

Ashton Woods is seeking a Closing Coordinator to administer contract processes and manage closing packages. You will coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and sales agents to ensure accurate documentation and timely closings, while maintaining organized contract files and calendars.

The role requires a four-year degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment. On-site work and collaboration with project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Four (4) year degree from accredited college or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or deadlines.
• Ability to review, analyze and interpret information as well as trouble-shoot to solve problems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Business English and ability to communicate patiently and professionally with both internal and external customers both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of sales/closing process.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer contract process to ensure all deals comply with Real Estate Law, our Administrative Control Procedures and start process.
• Prepare all closing packages for the attorneys with required documents.
• Maintain good working relationship between lenders and attorneys to process all sales to closing.
• Maintain all closing files and corresponding paperwork.
• Set up and maintenance of all contract files from start to close.
• Follow-up with sales agents for any necessary clarification or missing info on submitted contracts.
