You’ll shape process improvements, monitor performance, and partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other leaders to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage or home lending operations with closing knowledge.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience with third‑party closing vendors and regulatory processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Closing team and manage capacity.
• Coach and develop team members with clear performance expectations.
• Own performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
• Investigate and resolve high‑risk closing issues using data.
• Oversee third‑party closing vendors and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk and others.
