World Business Lenders, LLC. seeks a Closing Manager to lead our Closing and Title teams, guiding end-to-end loan closings from clearance to funding across the United States.

You will manage relationships with closing attorneys, title companies, and escrow providers, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements to shorten turnaround times while protecting collateral. Qualifications

• Extensive experience with loan closing and title clearance processes.
• Proven leadership managing teams, SLAs, and third-party partners.
• Strong knowledge of title review, lien perfection, collateral documentation, and closing requirements.
• Experience reviewing title commitments and related documents.
• Ability to resolve complex title, lien, and funding issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Closing Team from Clear-to-Close through funding.
• Oversee end-to-end closing process and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Review loan documents, settlement statements, payoff docs, and closing instructions.
• Resolve complex closing issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Credit, Processing, Valuations, Legal, and Funding to keep loans on schedule.
• Monitor closing KPIs, SLA compliance, and quality controls.
• Oversee Title function and clearance team; ensure timely title clearance.
• Manage relationships with closing attorneys, title companies, escrow providers, and partners.
