Job summary

Forward Financing is seeking a Manager, Closing to oversee business support operations across our national teams. You will monitor production capacity, manage SLA-driven performance, and collaborate with leaders in Operations, Quality, and Compliance to deliver gold-standard support.

You will report to the Senior Closing Manager and work with teams across Sales, Underwriting, and Compliance to ensure timely services and high-quality outcomes. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/finance or related field.
• 1+ year of work experience managing service or operations-related groups.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating and networking.
• Ability to run statistics, understand them, and link them with the planning and production goals
