Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Closing Team Leader to supervise day-to-day operations of the Closing function, guiding loans from Clear-to-Close through funding while upholding quality standards and SLAs.

You will provide hands-on leadership to the Closing team, monitor workload and pipeline performance, and collaborate with Title, Underwriting, Credit, Processing, Valuations, Legal, and Funding to resolve issues and keep closing timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a closing team in a lending or mortgage-like environment.
• Strong ability to monitor workload and pipeline performance to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Closing team to move loans from Clear-to-Close through funding, ensuring quality standards and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Title, Underwriting, Credit, Processing, Valuations, Legal and Funding to resolve issues and keep closing timelines on track.
