Responsibilities:

1. Membership Sales
2. Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
3. Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
4. Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
5. Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
6. Communicate special events to members and guests
7. Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome
8. Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
9. Maintain a professional disposition at all times
10. Sell retail products
11. Schedule member services: tanning, etc.
12. Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
13. Know club facility, services, and schedules
14. Maintain a clean and organized work area
15. Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
16. Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
17. Opening and closing duties

Meetings:

Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings, Employee Training Meetings
