Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic record.
• Ability to perform multifamily closing duties including due diligence, insurance reviews, and loan document review.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Sound decision making and risk analysis.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities including due diligence review, insurance reviews, borrower organizational review, loan document review and modification, AML/KYC compliance, document storage, and closing calculations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, legal, and servicing contacts at agencies and other lenders/investors.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Promote cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with Grandbridge values.
• Promote sound risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
