Job summary

The Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Closing Specialist to support Grandbridge operations in the United States. The role focuses on performing closing functions for commercial/multifamily loans and assisting other departments as needed.

You will conduct due diligence reviews, insurance assessments, borrower organizational reviews, document modification, and ensure AML/KYC compliance, while coordinating with lending teams and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform closing functions for commercial/multifamily loans and assist other Grandbridge departments as requested.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and property/liability/flood insurance reviews.
• Review borrower organization, loan documents, modifications, and AML/KYC compliance.
• Coordinate closing calculations, funding submissions, deliveries and servicing handoffs.
• Support risk management and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
