Responsabilités

• Perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities, including due diligence and loan document review and modification.
• Review property, liability and flood insurance, borrower organizational review and compliance.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Develop relationships with business, legal and servicing contacts at agencies and lenders.
• Promote risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
