Responsibilities

• Perform commercial/multifamily closing duties including due diligence, insurance reviews, borrower organizational review, loan document review and modification, AML/KYC compliance, document storage, and closing calculations.
• Prepare and submit loan funding, deliver loans, and enable servicing handoffs.
• Develop relationships with agencies, lenders, and investors and coordinate with legal/servicing contacts.
• Support risk management and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
