Responsibilities include review of property, liability, flood insurance, loan documents, and AML/KYC compliance, along with loan funding submissions and servicing handoffs.

• Ability to perform closing responsibilities including due diligence and loan document review with training.

Responsabilidades

• Perform closing functions for commercial/multifamily transactions including due diligence, insurance reviews, borrower organizational review, and loan document review.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, legal, and servicing contacts at agencies and lenders/investors.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Promote cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with Grandbridge purpose and values.
• Promote sound risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
