Qualifications

• Sound decision making and risk analysis abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform closing responsibilities including due diligence review, insurance reviews, document review and modification, funding submissions, and handoffs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, legal and servicing contacts at agencies and investors.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Promote risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
