Job summary

Truist's Grandbridge division is seeking a Closing Specialist to perform commercial/multifamily closing duties, due diligence review, and related documentation. You will ensure compliance, manage funding submissions, and coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and servicers.

In this role you will develop strong cross-department relationships, uphold risk management policies, and support loan deliveries while adapting to changing requirements and tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic record.
• Able to perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities with adequate training.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Sound decision making and risk analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities including due diligence, insurance reviews, borrower organizational review, loan document review, and closing calculations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, legal and servicing contacts at agencies and lenders/investors.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Promote cohesive, team-oriented culture aligned with Grandbridge’s values.
• Promote sound risk management and compliance with policies and procedures.
