Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Sales Designer for a hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule. You will meet with clients, assess space, and design custom organizational solutions for homes, guided by a 16-week paid training program and ongoing mentorship.

Initial appointments are pre-set, allowing you to build rapport and close opportunities while benefiting from health and retirement benefits and a supportive Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Candidates should be coachable with a growth mindset.
• Must complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (lead generation provided).
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for closets and organizers.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
