Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary, and you can work from home with pre-set appointments near you.

You’ll start with a 12-week paid training, have an open schedule, and a direct path to advancement with increased pay/bonuses. Flexible, supportive environment with ongoing mentorship and opportunities to serve customers in a hybrid remote role.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided.
