Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a personable, creative Sales Designer who can connect with clients and understand their home organization needs. This hybrid remote role involves meeting clients, assessing spaces, and presenting tailored closet solutions.

No degree or prior sales experience is required; a growth mindset and completion of a 16-week paid training program are essential. You will work with predefined leads and enjoy flexible scheduling and home-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
