Job summary

Custom Wood Products, a division of Pulito Closets + Garages + More, seeks a motivated Sales Designer to grow our Kansas City metro presence. You will meet homeowners, measure spaces, design solutions, and guide customers through the sales process, coordinating projects from consultation to installation.

You will develop new business across Kansas City, network with builders and designers, and travel throughout the metro as needed. Training and support are provided by an established manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years previous sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized and highly detail oriented.
• Creative with an eye for design.
• Comfortable networking and building professional relationships.
• Confident working independently and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to handle a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge.
• Experience in closets, cabinetry, interior design, construction, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Kansas City metro.

We design, manufacture, and install custom organization systems for closets, garages, pantries, home offices, laundry rooms, Murphy beds, and more. Our products are proudly manufactured in Maple Hill, Kansas.With established designers serving the Topeka, Lawerence and Manhattan markets and a showroom already in Mission, KS, we're ready to grow Kansas City.
