Job summary

Custom Wood Products, Inc., through its PULITO Closets + Garages + More division, seeks a motivated Closet Designer/Sales Representative for the Mission showroom to grow our Kansas City presence. You will design, measure, and sell custom storage solutions, while building relationships with homeowners and trade partners.

The role combines design expertise with sales and project management in a growing KC market, with a base salary and uncapped commission after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Creative with an eye for design.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Kansas City metro.
• Experience in closets or interior design is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand storage needs, style, and budget.
• Measure spaces and create designs using our design software.
• Present designs and pricing to guide customers through the process.
• Manage projects from consultation to installation.
• Develop new business and generate leads in KC metro.
• Build relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, and referrals.
• Participate in networking events and home shows.
• Maintain follow-up and manage sales pipeline.
• Grow the Mission showroom and PULITO's KC presence.
