Closet Factory, Inc. seeks ambitious Design Sales Consultants to design and sell customized home organization solutions from in-home consultations in Louisville and surrounding Kentuckiana markets.

You will combine consultative sales, space planning, and CAD design to transform clients’ homes while working in a performance-based environment with training, mentorship, and pre-qualified appointments.

Closet Factory is seeking ambitious, coachable, and entrepreneurial Design Sales Consultants to join our growing team serving Louisville and surrounding markets throughout Kentuckiana.

This is not a traditional retail design role.

Our consultants work directly with homeowners to design and sell fully customized organizational solutions including spaces like, closets, home offices, pantries, garages, entertainment centers, mudrooms, and more. You will combine consultative sales, space planning, and design expertise to transform clients’ homes and lifestyles.
