Closet Factory is seeking ambitious, coachable Design Sales Consultants to serve Louisville and surrounding markets in Kentuckiana. You will design and sell fully customized organizational solutions—from closets to home offices—via in-home consultations, combining sales with CAD design expertise.

This is a performance-based role with paid training, pre-qualified appointments, and growth potential. You’ll build relationships, manage projects, and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Closet Factory is seeking ambitious, coachable, and entrepreneurial Design Sales Consultants to join our growing team serving Louisville and surrounding markets throughout Kentuckiana.

This is not a traditional retail design role.

Our consultants work directly with homeowners to design and sell fully customized organizational solutions including spaces like, closets, home offices, pantries, garages, entertainment centers, mudrooms, and more. You will combine consultative sales, space planning, and design expertise to transform clients’ homes and lifestyles.
