The role is full-time with base pay plus commission, offering an estimated first-year earnings of $50,000+ as you own a growing closet program and build relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in design sales: closets, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, furniture, or interiors.
• Experience with design software or the drive to learn it fast.
• Accurate measuring and awareness of what's missing before it costs you.
• A consultative style: listen first, design second, and close.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes and in our studio; measure and design custom spaces.
• Turn conversations into designs, proposals, and signed projects.
• Own projects from first measure through install with the team and vendors.
• Build your pipeline by following up on leads, referrals, and partnerships.
• Keep HubSpot up-to-date to track clients and deals.
• Be the go-to storage expert on a team of designers.
