California Closets of Charleston seeks a Closet Designer to join our team. No experience needed. This full-time role starts with a 12-week paid training period at $800 per week while you learn showroom operations.

After training, you move to an uncapped earning structure with bonuses and design custom storage solutions for clients in homes using our CAD tools, collaborating with installation teams.

Qualifications

• Interior design education or equivalent experience.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with CAD, Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Design custom storage solutions using CAD for clients.
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure project completion.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing training.
• Manage multiple projects and client portfolios.
