Closet Factory seeks a dynamic Closet and Home Organization Designer to generate designer-created leads and close high-value projects. You will combine sales prowess with design expertise to deliver custom storage solutions that blend function and style.

Leads come from personal networks and pre-qualified sources. This full-time role offers autonomy, ongoing mentorship, and access to advanced design software to create stunning client-focused designs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in closet design or related fields.
• Experience with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) preferred.
• Strong networks to drive Designer created leads.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through personal networks and social media to build a high-potential client pipeline.
• Consult with homeowners, builders and designers to assess storage needs and style preferences.
• Design custom storage solutions using design software for functionality and aesthetics.
• Deliver persuasive design presentations and secure contracts to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure flawless project execution and client satisfaction.
