U.S. Bank is seeking a Fund Administration Supervisor to lead day-to-day compliance for closed-end fund clients. You will manage regulatory filings, financial statement prep, audits, and staff development in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Based in Tempe, AZ you will coordinate with service providers, lead process improvements and support growth initiatives while upholding strong ethics and internal controls across the fund complex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• CPA certification or candidate
• Eight+ years in Mutual Fund Administration or related field (public accounting)

Responsabilités

• Lead a team responsible for fund compliance programs, regulatory filings, and financial statement preparation
• Serve as the primary client contact for regulatory and operational matters
• Coordinate fund operations with service providers (advisors, custodians, transfer agents, accountants, attorneys, auditors)
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, shareholder reports, and required SEC filings
• Review client activity to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
• Manage fund expenses and provide reporting for Boards
• Oversee audits and work with external auditors
• Provide training on regulatory changes to staff
• Evaluate procedures and implement process improvements for compliance
• Support growth through new client or product activities
