U.S. Bank’s Global Corporate Trust Services is seeking a CLO Middle Office Deal Administrator Trust Manager to lead a trust unit and drive policy, staffing, and budget initiatives from its Boston location.

The role requires advanced knowledge of CLO cash processing, strong client-facing communication skills, and experience managing teams in a regulated financial environment. It offers a pathway to influence and execute trust operations with a focus on performance and cost control.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of experience in banking operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, and/or customer service.
• Two or more years of management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead a trust unit and meet unit/divisional objectives.
• Develop and maintain unit policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
• Hire and train staff, coach employees, and recognize performance results.
• Prepare and review management and exception reports, and manage the unit budget by increasing revenue and controlling costs.
