U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services seeks a CLO Middle Office Deal Administrator Trust Manager to lead a trust unit. The role develops policies, trains staff, and guides the unit toward revenue growth while controlling costs.

You will coach teams, supervise performance goals, and provide expert problem-solving support within the CLO/GSF groups, ensuring regulatory alignment and client service excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six+ years of experience in banking operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, and/or customer service.
• Two+ years of management experience.
• Experience with CLO cash processing (preferred).
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the Trust division, its products and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain unit policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
• Hire and train staff; establish and monitor performance goals; coach employees.
• Prepare and review management and exception reports; act as expert resource for complex problems.
• Manage the unit budget by increasing revenue, controlling costs, and reducing expenses.
