U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services seeks a capable analyst to design, develop, and maintain internal tools for CLO Middle Office reporting. The role focuses on automating data processing, building SQL queries, and improving reporting accuracy.

Collaborate with asset managers, investors, and auditors, while delivering scalable, well-documented solutions. Requires strong VBA/SQL/Python skills and a business-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business-line tools used by CLO Middle Office reporting analysts.
• Build automation and data processing solutions using VBA, Python, and SQL.
• Partner with Middle Office analysts to understand reporting workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, enhance, and refactor existing VBA, SQL, and Python code in production reporting tools.
• Develop SQL queries and data extracts to support reconciliations, compliance reporting, and analytics.
• Create well-documented, user-friendly tools that can be maintained by the team.
• Assist with testing, validation, and quality control of newly developed tools.
• Support process improvement initiatives across CLO Middle Office operations.
• Serve as a technical contact for troubleshooting internally developed tools.
