Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Reporting Analyst in Houston, with the role offering a hybrid schedule. You will support CLO and GSF vehicles by performing trust reporting, data reconciliation, and investor reporting across multiple complex transactions.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with fixed income and structured finance systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply trust indentures and related documents to determine reporting and compliance requirements.
• Translate indenture language into technical report specifications and cash flow logic.
• Set up and maintain payment calculations and reporting structures in proprietary systems.
• Reconcile and validate periodic collateral and asset data across sources.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor and tax reports.
