Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services seeks a CLO Trust Reporting Analyst 2 to read indentures, set up calculations, reconcile data, and produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

You will coordinate with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a dynamic environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems.
• Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• As required, make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and/or tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
• Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.
