Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Line Lead to steer the strategic implementation and ongoing evolution of its enterprise CLM platform, with emphasis on DocuSign CLM.

You will serve as the primary business-facing product lead across internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and software providers, shaping the product line's priorities across functions and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CLM or contract lifecycle management programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business units.
• Experience in enterprise systems implementation, governance, and SDLC compliance.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define product line priorities and vision for CLM across business areas and markets.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and backlogs for delivery.
• Oversee governance, enable enterprise-wide standardization, and drive adoption.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers through hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful deployments.
