Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant for a remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States. You will design, implement, and optimize DocuSign CLM solutions, including workflows, templates, data migration, and system integrations.

Strong knowledge of CLM configuration and enterprise delivery is required. Responsibilities include leading client engagements, developing forms with HTML, and collaborating with teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development and template creation.
• Proficient in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic HTML knowledge for system eForms and email templates.
• C# programming relevant to CLM workflows.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration and metadata management; integrate CLM with other systems.
• Create user-friendly form designs using HTML and CLM features.
• Configure CLM administration settings to optimize performance and user productivity.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and other systems; support data flow and automation.
• Lead technical CLM demos during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Provide technical support and issue troubleshooting for CLM.
