Job summary

Epiq is seeking a CLM Delivery Director to oversee large-scale CLM engagements, lead advisory and strategy efforts, and grow the Contracts Solutions practice across North America. You will manage delivery resources, drive client success, and collaborate with sales and partners to expand Epiq's CLM footprint.

You will mentor teams, develop repeatable delivery methodologies, and contribute to thought leadership to position Epiq as a trusted advisor in the contracting space.

Qualifications

• Extensive CLM project delivery experience and SME capabilities.
• Experience leading billable director-level engagements.
• Ability to present to executives and drive requirements.
• Experience with advisory/strategy engagements in CLM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLM project delivery as Director: act as SME and project leader in billable engagements, guiding resources through PM, requirements, design, architecture, QA, and client go-live.
• Lead CLM advisory and strategy engagements and present to client stakeholders; share CLM best practices and market trends.
• Manage North American CLM BA resources, enable technical growth, and plan project staffing to ensure engagement success.
• Develop scalable CLM delivery methodology and internal enablement plans; document processes and knowledge bases.
• Ensure client satisfaction, manage escalations, and conduct post-project retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Support sales opportunities by contributing to scoping sessions, RFP responses, and channel-partner alignment.
• Serve as CLM SME in sales meetings and proposals to articulate delivery methodology.
• Maintain CLM knowledge base and enablement for sales teams with demos and reference guides.
• Foster channel partner collaboration to align solutions with delivery capabilities and client needs.
• Generate CLM client success stories and thought leadership content in collaboration with marketing.
