Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Director, Contract Solutions to lead CLM delivery in a remote-friendly role. You will guide project delivery, act as an SME, and shape strategy across advisory engagements, roadmaps, and vendor selections.

You will also manage a North American CLM BA team, develop scalable delivery methodologies, and support sales with scoping and RFP responses while advancing client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Lead CLM advisory and strategy engagements for client work and roadmaps.
• Manage North American CLM business analyst resources and deliverables.
• Own CLM delivery methodology and scalable processes for practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLM project delivery as Director and act as SME in CLM engagements.
• Lead advisory and strategy engagements including current state assessments and roadmaps.
• Support sales in scoping sessions and RFP responses with CLM delivery insights.
• Lead or contribute to CLM thought leadership and best practices knowledge base.
• Assist channel partner strategy and align delivery with partner capabilities.
• Mentor and manage the North American CLM BA team to ensure performance and growth.
