Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a CLM Legal Contracts Review Specialist to support administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Contract Lifecycle Management systems and legal operations processes.

You will partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure efficient contract management workflows, system effectiveness, and user adoption, while driving process improvements and operational excellence through legal technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
• 3–5 years leading process improvement or cross-functional projects
• 3–5 years in legal operations, CLM, or contract administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of CLM software (Conga, Docusign CLM, Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of CLM processes and Conga CLM administration.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, approval matrices, and process documentation.
• Coordinate testing (including UAT), validation, and deployment for system enhancements and releases.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external support teams.
• Support onboarding, training, user adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Generate and analyze CLM and Legal Operations metrics; build reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Monitor system usage to identify opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and automation improvements.
• Support development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Manage CLM and Legal Operations initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and monitoring milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communications among stakeholders, IT, vendors, and consultants.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Information Systems, Paralegal Studies, or related field
