CVS Health is seeking a results-driven leader to coordinate operations and manage a team of providers within a full-time, Florida-based role. You will forecast staffing needs, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while ensuring quality and compliance across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of clinician management and strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• 3 to 5 years of clinician management experience.
• 3 to 5 years leadership experience.
• 3 to 5 years stakeholder management experience.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze workload patterns, forecast resource needs and recommend adjustments.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in operations support.
• Address customer or client concerns and investigate incidents.
• Establish and enforce compliance guidelines and QA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Facilitate effective communication within operations teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee ongoing training to ensure compliance and proficiency.
