Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a licensed clinician to provide comprehensive behavioral health services and support reintegration into the community. You will assess needs, deliver therapy, and coordinate care to ensure alignment with clinical standards and program goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, up to 40 hours per week, with travel to homes and schools across the community. Requires a Master's degree in social work or related field and current licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT);

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, or related field required.
  • Current State Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; EHR experience a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Job description

Summary of the Position: Clinicians play a vital role in supporting the successful reintegration of individuals into their communities by providing comprehensive behavioral health services. This position focuses on assessing emotional and behavioral needs, delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals and families, and coordinating care to ensure treatment plans align with clinical standards and program goals.

Availability: Flexible schedule; non-traditional hours and could be up to 40 hours per week

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, or related field required.
  • Current State Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
  • Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
