Job summary

Eon Health is seeking a Clinical Workflow Specialist to support onboarding for healthcare clients, focusing on implementing Eon’s Patient Management solutions and standardizing workflows. You will train users, guide configuration, and ensure project QA and documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring clinical background and project coordination skills, with the ability to work remotely up to 25% travel and collaborate across Product, Support, and Client Success

Qualifications

• Clinical background in nursing, allied health, or similar healthcare role preferred.
• Experience implementing clinical workflows in healthcare tech.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with technology and clinical operations software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable working remotely with travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities with Project Managers to complete onboarding tasks on schedule.
• Deliver product training for new users to ensure confidence and competence with the platform.
• Guide clients through letters, decision aids, scripts, and sign-off for configuration and QA.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each implementation, including project outlines and version tracking.
• Perform clinical QA before go-live, ensuring assets are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
• Educate clients on change control processes and required documentation.
• Advise clients on clinical workflows and best practices for patient communication and care pathway adherence.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Client Success, and Project Management to manage timelines and post-go-live follow-up.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs to care or account management teams after implementation.
• Participate in internal improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery.
• Communicate project milestones and updates to clients to maintain alignment.
