Job summary

Med Clinic X in the United States is hiring a Clinical Application Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare applications used in clinical environments. You will bridge clinical users and technology, ensuring proper deployment, configuration, and adoption of EHR/EMR and SaaS platforms.

You will collaborate with product teams, engineers, support teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless performance and user experience across healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, CS, Nursing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare application support or clinical systems roles.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for healthcare SaaS applications and clinical systems.
• Assist in configuring and deploying EHR/EMR and healthcare software platforms.
• Troubleshoot application issues reported by clinical and administrative users.
• Ensure smooth adoption of healthcare digital tools in clinical environments.
• Support onboarding and implementation of healthcare applications for clients.
• Configure system workflows based on clinical and operational requirements.
• Assist in data migration and system integration processes.
• Validate application performance in healthcare environments.
• Train healthcare professionals on application usage and workflows.
• Create documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Gather user feedback to improve application usability.
• Work with engineering and product teams to resolve application issues.
• Communicate clinical user needs to development teams.
• Support testing of new features and system updates.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to improve system workflows.

Education
