Job summary

Eon is seeking a Clinical Workflow Specialist to join our team in supporting healthcare clients through successful onboarding of the EPM platform. You will implement clinical technology, design workflows, and guide setup and adoption to standardize processes and deliver effective training.

You will build trusted advisory relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure go-live readiness while documenting and optimizing clinical workflows across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Clinical background preferred (nursing/allied health).
• Experience with clinical workflow implementation or healthcare technology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with clinical operations software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities with Project Managers.
• Deliver product training to new users.
• Guide clients through letters, decision aids, scripts, and approvals.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each implementation.
• Perform clinical QA before go-live.
• Educate clients on change control and documentation.
• Advise clients on clinical workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Client Success, and Project Management teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs to care management or account management teams after implementation.
• Participate in internal performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate milestones and updates regularly.
