Qualifications

• 1-2 years of patient/customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
• GCP Certification or clinical research knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with visit scheduling and rescheduling within the visit window.
• Monitor and track visits, logistics, and required training/compliance for Heroes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Logistics teams to complete in-window visits.
