Job summary

Hawthorne Health is seeking a Clinical Trials Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned trials across a-site network. You will lead start-up, activation, and ongoing performance while ensuring adherence to FDA, ICH-GCP, and company procedures.

The role demands strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience in PM/CTM roles and knowledge of EDCT systems like Medidata Rave and Oracle InForm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 2 years in PM/CTM/Lead CRC roles.
• Experience with clinical research networks, CROs, or sponsors.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with clinical trial systems (EDC such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm) and eTMF.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple studies and timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PM/CCR P/CCRA or other certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial execution across the site network.
• Assess protocol feasibility and support study planning.
• Drive study start-up timelines and site activation.
• Serve as primary operational liaison for Sponsors and CROs.
• Develop and manage project plans; track milestones and enrollment.
• Monitor site metrics (enrollment, data entry, queries).
• Coordinate monitoring visits, audits, and investigator meetings.
• Support regulatory and compliance activities.
• Act as central resource for site teams and resolve issues.
