Job summary

Evidently Ltd. seeks a Clinical Success Specialist to bridge medicine, data science, and customer outcomes.

You will partner with executive healthcare leaders to drive adoption, quantify clinical ROI, and translate complex workflows into measurable improvements in patient care and institutional efficiency. You’ll travel up to 50% and collaborate with clinicians and leaders across the country, delivering high-impact training, gathering clinical feedback for product teams, and advocating for

Qualifications

• Clinical background includes MD, DO, RN, PharmD or equivalent with clinical practice or protocol implementation experience.
• Outstanding written and oral communication; able to navigate discussions with researchers, engineers, and marketing leads.
• Proficiency with current consumer or clinical AI tools; bonus for prior AI development experience.

Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Clinical Success & Education: Design and lead high-impact clinical training programs and translate data needs into bedside actions.
• Training and Education: Demonstrate and teach new users how to use Evidently to care for patients.
• Executive Delivery: Provide updates to C-suite on clinical outcomes and ROI of the platform.
• Travel: Up to 50% travel for on-site presence and client engagements.
