CVS Health Signify Health is seeking a senior product manager to own the clinician-facing performance portfolio and the internal management tools that empower field operations. You will shape strategy, prioritize AI-powered features, and guide a cross-functional team to deliver measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of product management experience on complex, cross-functional products.
• Experience with AI-enabled SaaS and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap for Clinician Performance products (MySignify Scorecard and OCC Clinician Management Module).
• Drive strategy for AI-powered features and automated workflows.
• Lead rigorous A/B experiments and interpret results for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship data-driven features that move key metrics.
• Coordinate with operations, analytics, clinical success, legal, HR and executives at multiple scales.
