Job summary

Vivalink is expanding its Solution Consulting team to bridge clinical research, digital health technology, and commercial engagement. You will lead discovery, deliver platform demonstrations, onboard evaluation kits, and own scientific content of proposals.

You will manage multiple opportunities and partner with the Clinical Solutions Director on strategic deals. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in our Campbell, CA office, and occasional early-morning meetings with European time

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, digital health, medical device, eClinical, clinical technology, or healthcare technology environments.
• Exposure to clinical trials, clinical research, or technology supporting these workflows.
• Experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and scientific/technical calls across pharma, biotech, CRO, academic, medical device, and digital health customers.
• Own the scientific and technical content of proposals, briefs, and presentations.
• Configure and deliver product and platform demonstrations tailored to clinical, research, and operational use cases.
• Onboard evaluation kits and guide customers through setup and early deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic accounts and complex technical questions.
