Job summary

DrFirst is seeking a Customer Success professional to own a portfolio of healthcare SaaS accounts post go-live, ensuring real clinical value and renewal growth. You will nurture relationships with clinicians, IT leaders, and administrators, coordinating onboarding, adoption, and expansion efforts.

Join a remote-first, fast-moving team that leverages AI across operations. You will help translate feedback into roadmaps and ROI narratives while building trusted references and case studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent clinical credential/practical experience.
• Client-facing accountability for outcomes without full control.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as nurse, unit champion, or clinical educator is valued.
• Genuine interest in healthcare operations and clinical workflow.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients from deployment to working clinical workflow and achieving real adoption.
• Own renewal outcomes and growth across accounts, guiding expansion and reference development.
• Capture client outcomes to develop case studies and referrals; collaborate with Marketing on campaigns.
• Translate client feedback into product and workflow improvements and ROI narratives.
