Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No previous experience required.
• CNA certification preferred; RN students may enroll in NGHS PCT Academy.
• Ability to work with nursing staff and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and reports basic patient data (vital signs, weight, etc.).
• Maintains patient records, unit supplies, and equipment as directed.
• Performs patient care within defined scope and communicates with patients and staff.
• Monitors fluid intake/output and documents accurately.
• Responds to patient call lights and assists with daily living activities.
