Responsibilities

• Transcribe physician orders accurately and legibly.
• Verify transcribed orders with RN.Prepare and maintain patient charts; assist with transfers.
• Communicate with patient, families, and staff using the hospital system.
• Answer calls promptly and relay STAT orders to the team.
• Assist with supplies, equipment, and room readiness.
• Support unit goals and participate in mandatory training and meetings.
• Uphold patient rights and maintain a respectful environment.
