Iterative Health is seeking a Research Assistant to support day-to-day conduct of active clinical trials on-site, reporting to the Principal Investigator and site management.

You will assist with participant screening, data entry, documentation, CTMS/eCRF use, and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. This role provides exposure to the full study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in standard office software; CTMS/eCRF familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day conduct of active clinical trials on-site.
• Assist with participant screening, enrollment, and documentation.
• Enter data in CTMS/eCRF and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain study files and protect participant confidentiality.
