Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software; familiarity with CTMS or eCRF platforms is a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant screening and enrollment activities.
• Support data entry and documentation across trial phases.
• Maintain study documentation and source documentation per sponsor requirements.
• Enter patient visit data in CTMS/eCRF systems daily or as directed.
• Protect the rights and welfare of research participants following regulations.
